It is our pleasure to announce the promotion of Michael Koch to senior laser applications manager at our Elk Grove Village, Ill. headquarters.
Koch joined the MC Machinery team in 2011 as a waterjet installer. Since then, he has held positions in the installation, service and sales departments, primarily helping customers with specific applications, manufacturing issues and process improvements.
In his new role, Koch is responsible for overseeing the Mitsubishi Laser software and special projects teams as well managing laser equipment demonstrations in MC Machinery’s seven North American showrooms.
“Mike has been an integral part of our team for more than 10 years, handling increasing responsibilities and managerial duties with professionalism and excellence,” said MC Machinery Systems Fabrication Division Vice President of Sales Shane Herendeen. “He is a tremendous asset to our valued customers and dealers.”
