Tania Luna has joined MC Machinery Systems as director of human resources and facilities.
She replaces Carol Lincoln, who is retiring after 26 years with the Elk Grove Village-headquartered company.
Luna has over 25 years of human resource management experience in industries including manufacturing and consumer packaged goods. She earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in human resource development from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society of Human Resources Management.
